Cancellation Policy

At Growing Souls Psychology we strive to offer the best care and support to our clients. In order to respect both our clients time and our therapists schedules, we have implemented the following cancellation policy;

• Cancellations made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will not incur any charges.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of the session fee.

• Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will be charged at 100% of the session fee.

• Medicare, TAC and Work cover cannot claim a rebate for cancelled or missed appointments.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
